1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FlowPulse. By accessing or using our AI workflow monitoring service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and FlowPulse by Ariva AI ("FlowPulse," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Service Description

FlowPulse provides AI workflow monitoring and cost tracking services for no-code automation platforms including Make.com, Zapier, and n8n. Our Service includes:

• Real-time AI cost tracking across workflows
• Rate limit monitoring and alerts
• Workflow execution tracking and insights
• Budget management and reporting

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FlowPulse. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete account information

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. OAuth Integrations

4.1 Authorization

By connecting FlowPulse to Make.com, Zapier, or n8n via OAuth, you authorize us to:

• Access your workflow execution data
• Read AI usage metrics (token counts, model names)
• Monitor workflow status and timestamps

4.2 Data Access

We only access data necessary to provide the Service. We do NOT:

• Access workflow content or prompts
• Store or log AI responses
• Share your data with third parties (except as required by law)
• Execute or modify your workflows

4.3 Revoking Access

You may revoke FlowPulse's access at any time from your dashboard or directly from the automation platform. Revoking access will disable cost tracking but will not delete historical data.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Use the Service to monitor workflows you don't own or have permission to access
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

6.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refunds for subsequent renewals are at our discretion.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 FlowPulse Ownership

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by FlowPulse and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your workflow data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and will never sell your information to third parties.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 "As Is" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Cost Accuracy

While we strive for accurate cost tracking, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Cost calculations are estimates based on publicly available pricing and may not reflect your actual bills from AI providers.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWPULSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Third-Party Services

FlowPulse integrates with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for their availability, data handling, or pricing changes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FlowPulse harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you provide to the Service

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your registered email
• In-app notification
• Updated "Last updated" date on this page

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes
